HR Advisor - Established Charity - London with hybrid working

This is an exciting role for an HR Advisor to join an established charity focusing on youth development and lifelong learning.

Reporting into the HR Director you will be responsible for managing all HR Generalist activity for a specific client base. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Providing a high quality, professional and customer focused HR service
  • Leading the effective recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Managing employee relations issues including disciplinaries and grievances
  • Reviewing and implementing HR policies and processes
  • Leading on HR projects including annual pay reviews
  • Understanding the learning and development needs and building a training programme
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders


You should be an HR Advisor with a track record of providing effective HR advice and guidance to managers. A good knowledge of employment law needs to be combined with experience of managing recruitment campaigns. Excellent communication skills needs to be combined with an ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
