This is exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join an inspirational charity.
Reporting in to the Head of People you will be responsible for supporting managers in all areas of people management and organisational change. Your key accountabilities will include:-
You should be an experienced HR Generalist with a track record of working in a fast paced multi-site environment. Experience of managing complex employee relations issue and change programmes need to be combined with an ability to coach and develop line managers.
Ideally you will be MCIPD qualified.
