HR Business Partner - Leading UK Charity - London (with hybrid working)

This is an exciting opportunity to work for an established and well respected UK charity.

Reporting into the HR Manager you will act as a trusted advisor for managers and directors across a directorate. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Acting as the HR lead on organisational change and transformational projects
  • Coaching managers to embed HR processes that embrace wellbeing and inclusion
  • Working collaboratively with Recruitment, Learning and HR Systems teams to embed culture change and attract the very best talent
  • Supporting workforce planning and business planning processes
  • Line managing, developing and inspiring the HR Advisors to deliver an effective HR advisory service
  • Leading on HR policy development and demonstrating HR best practice


You should be an experienced HR Business Partner with a track record of supporting organisational change ideally in a service driven not for profit environment. Excellent stakeholder management skills need to be combined experience of line management. A strong knowledge of employment law is essential and experience of working with Trade Unions would be ideal.
