Recruitment Coordinator - International Not for Profit - London (hybrid working)

This an exciting opportunity to join a well respected international not for profit organisation going through a period of growth.

Reporting into the Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for the co-ordination of activities and processes throughout the recruitment life cycle. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Recording, monitoring and tracking vacancies
  • Advertising vacancies through their website and external job boards
  • Supporting the recruitment team with recruitment briefings and reviewing of CVs
  • Providing operational support including setting up of interviews
  • Using the applicant tracking system including the production of reports
  • Taking ownership of the onboarding process and supporting with HR compliance
  • Providing regular vacancy updates to the recruitment team and working on ad-hoc projects


You should have experience of working in a recruitment coordination role ideally in the not for profit or charity sector. A good knowledge of the full recruitment cycle including experience of using an ATS should be combined with an ability to work in a team environment.
