Reward Analyst, 12 month FTC - Leading UK Charity - Flexible location
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Reward Analyst to work on some exciting reward projects for a leading UK Charity.
You will work on specific pay projects providing support with pay modelling, analysis and implementation which will make a real difference to employees, the people they support and contribute to their ambition to be a really great place to work.
Your key responsibilities will include:
You will be a Reward Specialist with experience of analysing and implementing different pay structures and allowances. Ideally you will have experience of healthcare pay structures including Agenda for Change along with job evaluation and grading. You will be a good relationship builder and able to adapt style to different audiences. An ability to analyse data and extract information with outstanding attention to detail is essential.
