Talent Acquisition Specialist - Charity - London (with hybrid)

This is an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing charity doing amazing work across London.

Reporting in to the HR Director you will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process and for attracting high calibre candidates. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Developing sustainable talent acquisition plans to ensure all recruitment decisions are within budget
  • Supporting managers with workforce planning on current/future recruitment needs
  • Designing and executing employer branding activities and encouraging employees to be ambassadors
  • Taking the lead on talent identification and headhunting including building effective talent pipelines
  • Improving the candidate recruitment/onboarding experience
  • Working closely with HR Manager and HR Director to improve employee retention
  • Making full use of the applicant tracking system


You should be an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a track record of managing the full recruitment cycle ideally within the not for profit sector. Experience of pro-actively sourcing candidates, interviewing and of building strong relationships with hiring managers is essential.
