Organisational Development Lead - Leading Health Charity - London with hybrid working
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced OD Specialist to join a leading health charity going through a period of positive change.
Reporting into the Head of People & OD you will be responsible for leading the development of their organisational development strategy. Your key accountabilities will include:-
You should be an experienced Organisational Development Specialist with a track record of developing and delivering a broad range of OD interventions that deliver real impact. Experience of managing internal leadership prorgrammes, embedding new behaviour frameworks and implementing new culture initiatives is essential. An good understanding of EDI best practice needs to be combined with excellent stakeholder management skills. Ideally you will have experience of working in a small/medium organisation.
