Organisational Development Lead - Leading Health Charity - London with hybrid working

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced OD Specialist to join a leading health charity going through a period of positive change.

Reporting into the Head of People & OD you will be responsible for leading the development of their organisational development strategy. Your key accountabilities will include:-

• Developing, designing and delivering their OD strategies, processes and interventions that support their ambition to be a high performing organisation

• Managing and developing their internal Leadership Development Programme

• Partnering with a set of experts, both individual consultants and consultant organisations who are experts in the OD field

• Embedding their behaviour framework through both recruitment, people processes and practice

• Working with Directors, Senior leaders and the People Business Partners to design and deliver directorate and team level organisational development initiatives

• Delivering the next development phase of the organisation's hybrid working approach

• Working with internal communications to design effective processes and approaches aimed at building staff engagement around OD and People initiatives.

• Providing specialist expertise to the Head of People & OD, Chief Operating Officer and Director Team members in the development of organisational behaviour, leadership, and all aspects of organisational change and development

You should be an experienced Organisational Development Specialist with a track record of developing and delivering a broad range of OD interventions that deliver real impact. Experience of managing internal leadership prorgrammes, embedding new behaviour frameworks and implementing new culture initiatives is essential. An good understanding of EDI best practice needs to be combined with excellent stakeholder management skills. Ideally you will have experience of working in a small/medium organisation.
