Morgan Hunt are proud to be working with the UK's leading children's charity, the NSPCC, on their search for a Service Head of their Childline service.
As a member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for the management of staff and quality assure performance across Childline, ensuring that the existing and forecast demand from children and young people is met within agreed performance standard.
You will take a senior lead in the developing and delivering to the NSPCC's strategy and plans to identify and implement requirements to deliver within agreed performance indicators.
You will be someone who is a leader with extensive experience in senior leadership and management of staff. You enjoy managing and motivating a large team to achieve objectives and set targets.
The NSPCC have been fighting for childhood for the last 130 years and their organisational strategy for 2021-2031 is enabling the NSPCC to achieve greater change for children and inspiring others to join us in the fight for childhood.
