Morgan Hunt are currently looking for a Allocations Officer to work with our Client in Surrey.

Job title: Rehousing & Allocations Officer

Location: Surrey

Hourly rate: £30 - £34 LTD

Contract: 6 months then on-going

Working from home once a week then, split between office and site.

Responsibilities of Allocations Officer:

• Responsible for the allocations through to the verification of the properties
• Arrange viewings and sign-ups as well as determining priorities
• Complete affordability checks
• Let properties in line with Allocation Schemes and Local Lettings Plans
• Responsible for allocating properties for clients on the Housing Register waiting list

Essential experience for Allocations Officer:

• Reasonable working knowledge of legislation
• Good technical knowledge
• Driving Licence and access to a car
