IT Support Officer (Citrix)

£150 - £170 / day
1-month contract (with possible extension)
Remote work



The client

The client is a reputable Housing Association in London, which is looking for an IT Support Officer to join their team. You will be part of the Service Desk department, helping users by dealing with daily issues.

This is an exciting, remote role where you will be Responding to and resolving queries coming through to the service desk.



Role requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills as well as familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft products.
  • Experience with excellent IT support to users
  • Comfortable with using a service desk application, to manage incidents and requests
  • You will be monitoring systems and undertaking housekeeping tasks to identify issues
  • Applying your expert knowledge of ICT systems and technical architecture
  • Ability to work collaboratively across the business, helping those with less ICT understanding to learn and develop
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience of managing Citrix

In return, you will earn £150 to £170 per day, depending on experience.
