Facilities Coordinator

Permanent

Central London

£28,000 - £32,000

35 hours per week - 3 days in the office 2 days from home

Morgan Hunt are working with one of the leading outstanding social enterprise charity who are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their team in a permanent opportunity. You will be supporting the Facilities Manager to maintain Hard Services as well as ensure contractors are performing delegated mechanical and engineering services.

Main Duties:

As a Facilities Coordinator you will be responsible for the below:

• Ensuring Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators and targets are being achieved by delegated contractors.
• Delivering and analysing reports regularly as well as identifying trends.
• Processing purchase orders as well as filing and updating the database with relevant documents.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Implementing and maintaining Health and Safety regulations.

Requirements:

As a Facilities Coordinator you must have the below:

• Proven experience of working in a facilities environment.
• Experience of implementing Health and Safety requirements.
• Must have administrator experience within an education background
• Experience liaising with committee either trustees or exam boards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to be proactive.
• Strong IT skills e.g Microsoft.
