People Services & Talent Lead - Leading FE College - London/Essex with hybrid working

Reporting into the Head of HR and People Services you will be responsible for shaping their people services ensuring that they deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Your key accountabilities will include:-

• Developing and implementing the college's talent acquisition strategy

• Developing and executing sourcing plans including direct sourcing and interviewing

• Supporting recruiting managers in designing selection and assessment processes

• Promoting the employer brand and value proposition via online and offline channels

• Manage the People Services Team ensuring KPI's and SLA's are reviewed

• Taking overall responsibility for the People Systems including Resourcelink and Jobtrain

• Working with the Data Analyst to improve data extraction, system cleansing and improvements

• Supporting the roll-out of change and engagement programmes

• Leading on specific case work and advise managers and employees on the application of relevant HR policies and procedures

You should be an experienced HR professional with a track record of managing HR operations and processes including recruitment and succession planning. Experience of working with HR systems and a good knowledge of employment law is essential. Strong stakeholder management skills and drive to improve performance is important.
