Head of Reward & Information - Higher Education - London with hybrid working
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Reward Specialist to join a well respected Higher Education organisation.
Reporting into the Deputy Director of HR Operations you will be responsible for leading the Reward and Information team and for providing a high quality reward service. Your key accountabilities will include:-
You need to be a Senior Reward Specialist with a track record of working in the Higher Education sector. Ideally you will also have also worked within the NHS and have some understanding of clinical pay scales. Experience of using, developing and optimising integrated HR/Payroll Systems needs to be combined with an ability to collate and manipulate data for the purposes of providing management information at all levels. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential.
