Recruitment Project Manager, 18 month FTC - Leading Public Body - Flexible Location

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join a Public Body going through a period of rapid growth.

Reporting into the Head of HR you will be responsible for leading on their organisation wide recruitment programme. Your key accountabilities will include:-

• Working in partnership with the organisation's recruitment partner, senior leaders and hiring managers

• Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand the specific needs of the recruitment project

• Leading on the ongoing management of recruitment projects and the transition into business as usual ways of working and processes

• Providing guidance and support to recruiting managers

• Promoting the value and purpose the recruitment projects & processes across the organisation

• Ensuring key milestones are identified and communicated to key stakeholders including senior leadership

You should be an experienced Recruitment Specialist with a track record of managing multiple recruitment projects. An ability to build excellent stakeholder relationships (internally and externally) needs to be combined with a good knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and experience of working in a changing environment. Ideally you will have experience of working in the Public Sector and have experience of job evaluation.
