Head of People Business Partnering, 12 month FTC - Leading UK Charity - London with hybrid working

This is a fantastic role for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a respected UK Charity.

Reporting in to the Director of People you will be responsible for leading the HR Business Partners and for supporting one of the key functional areas. Your key accountabilities will include:-

• Managing change management projects and providing expert advice on the development of the team's organisational design

• Ensuring delivery of effective end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding

• Taking the leading on Talent Management including highlighting key roles and areas of risk

• Working with leaders and managers to improve engagement and develop employee culture initiatives

• Identifying learning requirements and participants for learning programs

• Working in partnership with the people team's specialist functions including L&D Specialist and EDI & Wellbeing Specialist

• Providing expertise and guidance to managers on complex employee relations issues

• Ensuring people policies are first class, fit for purpose and are being used and championed across the organisation

You should be an experienced HR Business Partner or Head of HR with a track record of managing change projects and of providing first class HR support to Directors and Managers. Experience of leading a small team needs to combined with excellent stakeholder management skills and an ability to coach and influence change. A strong understanding of ED&I best practice and of leading on talent management initiatives is essential.
