HR Officers - Together for Mental Wellbeing - Perm & 12 month FTC - Remote working

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to join Together for Mental Wellbeing, a national charity supporting people with mental health issues.

Reporting in to an HR Business Partner you will be responsible for providing high quality advice and support to line managers and employees across the organisation. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Providing advice and support to line managers including on disciplinaries grievances, performance and absence management issues
  • Advising line managers on change management work including TUPE, redundancies and restructures
  • Assisting the Head of HR and HR Business Partners in training and coaching line managers on HR processes
  • Undertaking all aspects of HR operations including contract changes, payroll administration and updating the HRIS
  • Assisting the Head of HR and HR Business Partners with special HR projects


You should be an HR Generalist/HR Officer with a track record of providing first line advice and guidance to line managers. A good knowledge of employment law needs to be combined with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. You should also have experience of working with HR systems.
