HR Operations Manager, 12 month FTC - Leading Membership Body - London with hybrid

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Operations Manager to join a well respected membership body.

Reporting into the Assistant Director of HR you will be responsible for reviewing and improving HR processes and supporting the Assistant Director with change management projects. Your key accountabilities will include:-

• Supporting the HR function to deliver critical employee life cycle activities, including recruitment, performance management and learning and development activities

• Delivering candidate attraction, onboarding and retention initiatives to ensure the organisation is effective in bringing in new talent

• Providing an effective and professional suite of training activities for employees

• Delivering robust and insightful management reporting

• Managing and overseeing the HR information system internally

• Managing and developing two HR Officers roles

You should be an experienced HR professional with a track record of reviewing and improving HR processes and practices in the not for profit sector. A good knowledge of employment law needs to be combined with experience of managing recruitment campaigns, developing learning initiatives and analysing management information. Experience of working with HR systems is essential.
