This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Operations Manager to join a well respected membership body.
Reporting into the Assistant Director of HR you will be responsible for reviewing and improving HR processes and supporting the Assistant Director with change management projects. Your key accountabilities will include:-
You should be an experienced HR professional with a track record of reviewing and improving HR processes and practices in the not for profit sector. A good knowledge of employment law needs to be combined with experience of managing recruitment campaigns, developing learning initiatives and analysing management information. Experience of working with HR systems is essential.
