HR Systems Project Lead - 12-month FTC

We have an exciting contract opportunity for a HR Systems Project Lead to join a fantastic UK Wide Charity.

• 12-month FTC
• Remote/Working from home with the ability to occasionally travel to various locations within the UK.
• Salary £45,000 - £50,000.

Role HR Systems Project Lead

• To lead the HR Systems Team in the use and development of new and existing processes and systems.
• To ensure any potential impact and changes to HR Systems and data processing are appropriately planned and communicated to key stakeholders
• Supporting colleagues both inside and outside of HR to ensure our HR systems are continually developed in line with organisational change.
• Oversight of the HR workplan to lead on HR systems change projects.

Key Skills and Experience

• Substantial knowledge of HR best practice from either working in HR or operationally.
• Experience of maintaining and developing HR systems.
• Experience of analysing, developing, and improving HR information systems and processes.
• Proven experience of managing and improving projects and strategic change initiatives.
• Experience of managing and developing a team.
• Experience working with CoreHR and iCIMS.
