Internal Recruitment Advisor - Home Based

We have a current opportunity for available for an Internal Recruitment Advisor.

  • 6month FTC
  • Home Based with occasional travel across the West Midlands and the South of England
  • Salary c.£30k

Role

Advise, guide and mentor hiring managers, particularly with difficult to recruit roles/areas. Resolve recruitment challenges and influence decisions by understanding the issues and budget constraints within a high volume recruitment market.

Responsibilities - Internal Recruitment Advisor

  • Take responsibility for the end-to-end candidate journey from application, through their first 100 days in post, ensuring a great candidate experience and handling the recruitment administration up to offer.
  • As part of the Region/Nation's SMT, work in partnership with key stakeholders including the Regional Manager, Service Managers, Regional and Service Administrators and with the HR Business Partner.
  • Maximise passive and direct candidate search and attraction using a variety of methods including CV Database searches, social media, and online job boards.
  • Develop creative and innovative approaches to raise awareness of opportunities to work with the Business and of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to engage and excite people to apply to work with us.
  • Attend job fairs, arrange open days, and establish community links with a range of local groups, developing an awareness of the Business within the Communities.
  • Where agency support is required, manage the relationship and the Terms and Conditions, providing a thorough brief to ensure a high calibre of candidates.
  • Be the local expert, user, and coach for hiring managers and administrators to ensure a sound understanding and use of the ATS and relevant recruitment processes.

Person Specification Recruitment Advisor

  • Previous inhouse, agency or RPO recruitment experience in a high volume recruitment, delivering end to end job and candidate management services.
  • Sound and current knowledge of recruitment practices, design and delivery of targeted recruitment campaigns including job fairs and open days.
  • Excellent creative candidate attraction skills for direct and passive approaches including LinkedIn, and experience in using Job Boards, CV Searches (including Boolean searches) and social media.
  • Willing to undertake frequent travel to Services and stay overnight occasionally, as needed. Also travel to offices (Wolverhampton and London) when required.
