Payroll and Reward Officer, 13 month FTC - International Charity - London with hybrid
This is an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Specialist with exposure to reward to join an established international charity.
Reporting into the HR Manager you will be responsible for two monthly payrolls and for supporting with the review of reward and benefits. Your key accountabilities will include:-
You should have a track record of preparing and reviewing complex payrolls with a high volume of monthly changes, including reconciliation of data. Experience and knowledge of employee reward including compensation and benefits,
and dealing with complex issues related to pay and terms and conditions of employment needs to be combined with strong communication skills.
