Payroll and Reward Officer, 13 month FTC - International Charity - London with hybrid

This is an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Specialist with exposure to reward to join an established international charity.

Reporting into the HR Manager you will be responsible for two monthly payrolls and for supporting with the review of reward and benefits. Your key accountabilities will include:-

• Working with the HR Manager and Finance team to develop and improve existing processes

• Processing two monthly payrolls ensuring payroll is processed within specified timescales

• Checking calculations of statutory and occupational payments are correct

• Assisting with the implementation of annual pay awards

• Supporting the HR Manager with the annual cost of living pay review paper for the UK

• Creating and implementing a long-term communications plan for improving the awareness of compensation and benefits

• Researching and analysing market trends on compensation and benefits to attract and retain staff

• Collecting and analysing data and constructing reports in accordance with Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap reporting

You should have a track record of preparing and reviewing complex payrolls with a high volume of monthly changes, including reconciliation of data. Experience and knowledge of employee reward including compensation and benefits,
and dealing with complex issues related to pay and terms and conditions of employment needs to be combined with strong communication skills.
