People Business Partner, Retail - Leading UK Charity - London with hybrid working
This is an exciting time for a People Business Partner to join a leading UK charity entering a period of growth.
Working closely with the Head of People you will play a key role in the planning, delivery and monitoring of People projects and large scale change initiatives. Your key accountabilities will include:-
You should have a broad HR generalist skill set including a good knowledge of employment law, experience of improving people policies, systems, and processes, supporting managers with recruitment and upskilling line managers. Strong communication skills need to be combined with experience of managing projects and working in multi-site environment. Experience of working in the charity or retail sector would be ideal.
