HRIS Specialist - International Not for Profit Organisation - Surrey with flexible hybrid working
This is an exciting opportunity for an HRIS Specialist to join a leading international not for profit organisation.
Reporting in to the Head of HR Operations you will be responsible for maximising the functionality of the HRIS system (SuccessFactors/SAP). Your key accountabilities will include:-
You should be an HRIS Specialist with proven experience of supporting HRIS systems ideally in a large international and matrix organisation using SuccessFactors. A good knowledge of HR Processes needs to be combined with experience of business process design and mapping. Experience of using reporting tools to develop standard and ad hoc reports and of developing HRIS training materials is essential. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are vital.
