HRIS Specialist - International Not for Profit Organisation - Surrey with flexible hybrid working

This is an exciting opportunity for an HRIS Specialist to join a leading international not for profit organisation.

Reporting in to the Head of HR Operations you will be responsible for maximising the functionality of the HRIS system (SuccessFactors/SAP). Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Acting as the subject matter expert for HR processes and systems
  • Supporting People & Culture teams in the UK and globally in the use of and future development of HRIS
  • Delivering of training, guidance and support to HR colleagues across the organisation in order to support the full and accurate utilisation of HRIS including system changes and enhancements
  • Increasing adoption of employee self service in Success Factors by People & Culture, line managers and employees
  • Providing updated training and communication materials to support users with self service
  • Driving the use of Success Factors as the primary people data sources across the organisation
  • Managiing any new report requests including reviewing requirements
  • Reviewing HRIS functionality and workflows regularly, implementing and upgrading functionality to support the organisation globally

You should be an HRIS Specialist with proven experience of supporting HRIS systems ideally in a large international and matrix organisation using SuccessFactors. A good knowledge of HR Processes needs to be combined with experience of business process design and mapping. Experience of using reporting tools to develop standard and ad hoc reports and of developing HRIS training materials is essential. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are vital.
