Talent Acquisition Specialist - Leading UK Charity - London with excellent hybrid working arrangement

This is an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Specialist to join a leading UK charity.

Reporting in to the Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for managing multiple recruitment campaigns from end to end and for promoting their employer brand. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Providing hiring managers with recruitment best practice advice and market insight
  • Offering creative talent attraction solutions for both live and future vacancies
  • Supporting the upskilling of hiring managers in the selection process
  • Utilising LinkedIn and other social media platforms to attract and build relationships with potential candidates 
  • Advising managers on agreed job pack format, shortlisting, interview questions and other selection methods
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies and advertising media
  • Mapping the market for 'hard to fill' roles
  • Managing and coaching a Talent Acquisition Coordinator

You should be an experienced Recruitment Specialist with a track record of managing recruitment campaigns from end to end. Experience of direct sourcing and coaching/advising hiring managers on recruitment best practice needs be combined with strong stakeholder management skills.
