Total Reward Manager, 6 month FTC - Leading Charity - London with hybrid working
This is an exciting opportunity for a Reward Specialist with strong project management skills to join a highly respected UK Charity.
Reporting into the Deputy Director of People you will be responsible for managing the implementation of the Total Reward project. Your key accountabilities will include:-
You should be an experienced Reward Specialist with a track record of managing projects. Experience of undertaking job evaluation, reward benchmarking and implementing pay and reward outcomes is essential. You should also have experience of developing reward policies and processes and communicating reward goals and outcomes to staff. You will also have experience of using HR Systems, ideally Cascade.
