Morgan Hunt are currently working with a prestigious Health Membership organisation to recruit for a Membership Administrator!

Contract Type - Permanent

Salary - £25,000 if based in London

Hours - Full time

Hybrid - Yes

Main Duties of Membership Administrator:

* Providing first class customer service to Members, dealing with complaints and payment queries

* Monitoring and responding to email queries

* Managing Members certificate processes

* Utilising the Salesforce CRM database with accurate data entry

* Dealing with new membership applications as well as renewals

Experience Required of the Membership Administrator:

* Ideally experience of working for a Membership body previously

* Experience of data entry using a CRM (ideally Salesforce)

* Experience working in a customer facing environment

* Excellent written and communication skills
