Interim HR Business Partner - Westminster, London

We have a current opportunity available for a HR Business Partner on a 6month FTC.

• Pay rate - £25 - £30 per hour
• Hybrid working - 2days in the office a week

Role

The HR Business Partner will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to add value and support the strategic people objectives - employment life cycle, recruitment and talent management, employee relations and project work including, organisations change, well-being, EDI and succession planning and job evaluations

Skills and Experience

• Experience of advising and handling a range of complex HR issues (e.g., disciplinaries, grievances, change management, TUPE)
• Knowledge of workforce planning, succession planning and talent management and how they can be effectively implemented.
• Experience of developing and implementing people plans and/or HR solutions and can demonstrate the difference it made.
• Experience of improving engagement and retention of people.
• Can evidence implementing successful EDI approaches/strategies.
• Experience in a HR Specialist role as well as generalist experience.
• CIPD or equivalent qualified.
• Worked in a HR generalist role in a complex organisation.
• Worked in a 'matrix' organisation.
