HR Operations Manager, 6 months FTC - Education Sector - London with hybrid working
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional with experience of the full HR life cycle to join a respected educational organisation.
Reporting in to the HR Director you will be responsible for the smooth running of the HR function across the organisation. Your key accountabilities will include:-
You should be an experienced HR professional with a track record of developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. A good working knowledge of current employment legislation needs to be combined with experience of leading on and managing complex individual and organisation wide case work issues in a multi union environment. Experience of leading, coaching and managing a team is essential. Ideally you will have worked in the education sector.
