Systems Repairs Administrator

£14-£16 ( £112 - £135 per day)

6 months temporary - view to be extended

Training is based in office

Can look at remote working after training is complete

The main purpose of this role is to work on the Group's Housing and Repairs management systems to establish a clear position of repairs completed, outstanding and in progress logged on the MRI Enterprise Responsive Repairs System (Orchard) and the Total Mobile "Connect" Job Management and Scheduling system. It will also be to review and ensure appropriate configuration of both systems is in place to support an effective Repairs service being delivered by the organisation.

The role will focus on:

  • Identifying redundant configuration items, cleanse data and configure the system to prevent future issues occurring.
  • Provide accurate position of outstanding repairs and visits - this will be done on a regular basis with updates to the CTO and AD of Property Services. The end of goal is to complete a data cleanse of any erroneous data and then have a clear understanding of the repairs position for the organisation.
  • Train end users in operating processes of the newly configured systems.

Duties

  • The successful candidate will be responsible in ensuring that the legacy / redundant data can be successfully cleansed without causing any adverse impact to the end users of the systems.
  • Providing an accurate position of the repairs and visits will need to be in place working in conjunction with the CTO and the reporting team.
  • Working with both MRI and Total Connect to diagnose and remedy any configuration issues and ensure any changes are delivered robustly and without business disruption.
  • Training will need to be disseminated across the relevant areas of the business once the agreed processes and configuration items have been aligned.
  • Process notes will be required to ensuring a consistent approach is taken to all future repairs jobs and the users are supported on effective usage of the systems

Requirements

  • Ideally experience with Orchard system and Total Connect
  • Experience dealing with repairs within the housing sector
  • Experience of the MRI responsive repairs administration and job management. Including but not limited to:
    • using the job utilities,
    • event monitoring and troubleshooting,
    • SOR:
    • and Direct Works module.
  • Experience of the Total Mobile "Connect" configuration. Including but not limited to:
    • job and visit management,
    • Van stocks,
    • Materials management,
    • Issues and Process Steps,
    • KPI Dashboards:
    • and Dynamic allocations.
  • Experience of the Total Mobile "Connect" Android App.
