Morgan Hunt are currently looking for a Leasehold Officer to work with our Client in Oxfordshire.

Job title: Leasehold Officer

Location: Oxfordshire

Salary: £28,000-£30,000

Contract: 12 month FTC

Working in the office only twice a week

Responsibilities of Leasehold Officer:

• Assist and support
  • annual service charge estimates and actual accounts
  • Section 20 consultation and preparing final accounts for major works charges.
• Assist and support in the recovery of service charges arrears
• Deliver customer-focused specialist advice and service.
• Keep up to date with current and emerging legislation, best practice and policy to ensure continuous development and improvement in services
• Deal with ASB queries with leaseholders

Essential experience for Leasehold Officer:

• Reasonable working knowledge of legislation
• Experience working within leasehold including service charge and S20's
• Good technical knowledge
