HR Advisor - Education sector - London with hybrid working (min 2 days in office)

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor to join a leading Academies Trust.

Reporting into the HR Cluster Manager you will be responsible for assisting and supporting the delivery of an effective HR advice service across their London group of academies. =Your key accountabilities will include:-

• Advising Principals/Headteachers and Senior Managers on complex HR issues including TUPE, disciplinary and grievances and restructures

• Coordinating the recruitment and selection process in the cluster, working closely with the Talent Resource Partner

• Providing advice and guidance on HR best practice

• Working closely with the HR Cluster Manager and Senior HR Manager

• Supporting with ad-hoc HR projects

• Carrying out regular HR audits of processes/procedures

You will be an experienced HR Advisor with a track record of providing an effective HR Advisory service ideally in the education sector. A strong knowledge of employment law needs to be combined with experience of managing complex HR issues and of assisting with recruitment campaigns. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential. Ideally you will have worked in a multi-site environment.
