Job description

Interim HR Advisor. North West London. £20-£25 per hour. Hybrid working.

Morgan hunt are working with an education establishment who are looking to appoint 2 HR Advisors on a temporary basis until September, for their office located in North West London.

Key responsibilities:

• Administering the monthly payroll, liaising with the outsourced payroll provider.
• Managing and prioritising various employee relation casework.
• Working collaboratively to review, maintain and issue policies, contracts of employment and handbooks.
• Maintaining accurate employee records.
• Providing advice on HR related queries such as absence management, disciplinaries, performance management and grievances.
• Recommending appropriate courses of action in line with employment legislation, practices and policies.

Skills & experience required:

• HR admin experience and employee relations.
• The ability to work independently as well in a team.
• Excellent communications (both written and verbal) and organisation skills to complete task in a professional and timely manner.
• The ability to build and maintain relationships throughout all staff members and management.
• Experience working in education sector.
• Experience working with outsourced payroll.
• CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent skills and knowledge.
