HR Assistant. £13.61 per hour. Central London. Temporary role.

We have a great opportunity for a HR Assistant to join a membership body on a temporary basis up to 2 months. This HR Assistant role is offering flexible working hours and hybrid working (Monday's and Tuesday's) in their Central London office.

Job Purpose of the HR Assistant:

• To assist the HR team in the delivery of a full HR service providing timely advice, information and fit for purpose solutions.
• To provide comprehensive and professional HR administration support and advice across on all HR operational transactions processes.

Key Responsibilities for the HR Assistant:

• Being the first point of contact for HR related cases including maternity, annual and sick leave - assist with these processes as required and manage the administration.
• Organise and complete all administration in relation to management and staff training across the organisation.
• Knowledge and understanding of all the charity's policies and their practical application to provide advice and support to all staff.
• Managing and maintaining the HR Records, Updating the database and Spreadsheets.
• To maintain confidentiality in line with organisations procedures.

Personification for the HR Assistant:

• Experience in HR administration
• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships throughout staff members and management.
• Outstanding numeracy, literacy, and I.T and communication skills.
• The ability to carry out a heavy workload and complete all duties efficiently
• Knowledge of HR systems.
