HR Co-ordinator

Job description

We have a current opportunity for a HR Co-ordinator on a 9-month FTC located in Central London to join for an educational trust charity. The role is offering a salary ranging from £22,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience and with a start date of July/August. This role is offering hybrid working with 2 days in the office per week and the remaining days working from home.

Key responsibilities for the HR Co-ordinator:

• HR Administration primary supporting in recruitment across the business from job adverts to on-boarding.
• To undertake all pre-employment checks.

• Create and update records on the HR system accurately in line with payroll deadlines, include processing new starters, job changes and leavers.
• Forming and maintaining employee records in line with the company's regulations and procedures.
• Monitoring the use of fixed terms contracts and ensure that issues are followed up appropriately.

Person specification for the HR Co-ordinator:

• Previous experience in HR admin and recruitment in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience with various HR systems including payroll.
• Experience in managing end to end high volume recruitment.

• Excellent communications and organisation skills with the ability to complete task in a professional and timely manner.

• The ability to work accurately and with attention to detail.
