Marketing Manager - London/Remote - Housing - £45,000

Morgan Hunt are working with a brilliant housing association who are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager To develop, a multi-channel marketing strategy to raise brand awareness.

This is a hybrid working role with flexible working arrangements with a central London office location.

Your role as Marketing Manager will include:

• Develop an annual, credible multi-channel marketing strategy in consultation with colleagues across the business and coordinate delivery to promote the company's current business objectives and support implementation of the future plans.

• Develop and implement agreed brand awareness campaigns including developing brand concepts for subsidiary companies.

• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from inception to execution.

• Build and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key industry players, to identify new business leads and support the company's business objectives.

• Review, analyse and apply the outcomes of research, surveys and consumer opinion information to shape marketing activities and collateral.

• Report annually to the Executive Team on the outcomes of marketing activities against agreed targets and objectives

Requirements for the Marketing Manager are;

• Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software

• Significant marketing planning and content creation experience

• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate

• Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
