Job description

Recruitment Administrator. 6- month FTC. Salary £18,000-£20,000 per annum. Remote (with occasional travel)

We have a great opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join an amazing Charity organisation on a 6-month Fixed term contract for their office located in London. This Recruitment Administrator role is fully remote however would be required to go into the Office on occasions.

Key responsibilities for Recruitment Administrator:

  • Being the first point of contact for all recruitment related queries.
  • Managing the recruitment in-box, ensuring quires are dealt with in an efficient manner.
  • Providing advice on souring and selection strategies and techniques.
  • Purchasing advertising credits and administering invoices.
  • Working with Managers to develop workforce and recruitment plans to address current and future staffing requirements.

Person specification for Recruitment Administrator:

  • Experience in a HR Administration and/or Recruitment environment.
  • A self-starter, able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivation, but also work closely with other team members and displaying trust and loyalty.
  • Must be able to multi-task and keep calm under pressure.
  • Proven ability to provide a customer focused service.
  • To have a flexible and adaptable, can-do attitude.
