Job Title: Recruitment Co-ordinator

Hourly pay £16 per hour

Location: London

Contract: Temporary/ on-going

Hours of work 35 hours per week

Morgan hunt are working with one of London most iconic Venues, who are looking to appoint a Recruitment Co-ordinator on an on-going temporary basis.

Job purpose:

This Recruitment Co-ordinator role consists of managing and co-ordinating all recruitment activity for all departments, ensuring smooth processes to fill positions and provide exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities:

• To Assist, update, and create new job descriptions for a mass variety of roles.
• Consulting with recruitment agencies, obtaining agreeable terms and best value for the organisation.
• Working alongside hiring managers and HR team members, shortlisting and arranging interviews for suitable candidates using their ATS system.
• Supporting managers to create the most suitable recruitment processes for specific roles.
• Conducting the end-to-end recruitment process
• Understanding and updating new starters information into the
