Job description

Morgan Hunt are working with one of London's most well known education establishment's who are looking to appoint a Recruitment Co-ordinator on a 3-month temporary basis. This role is offering a hourly pay ranging between £15.66 - £16.91 per hour payee, with a minimum of two days in their South East London office.

Key responsibilities for the Recruitment Co-ordinator:

  • To over-sea the recruitment on-boarding process in conjunction with the HR assistants ensuring pre-employment checks are under taken: drafting offer letters, issuing contracts.
  • Managing and co-ordinating the recruitment Events
  • To provide additional support to the HR team with Ad hoc projects and administration duties.
  • Liaising with employment agencies to seek the placement of temporary workers and act as the conduit between the college managers and agencies.
  • To place advertisements using internal and external media, assisting in the preparation of job descriptions, person specifications and advertising copy as required.

Person specification for Recruitment Co-ordinator:

  • To handle matters with a professional approach and build strong relations throughout the team.
  • The ability to adapt to various working situations.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of safeguarding, diversity and inclusion and recruitment processes.
  • The ability to priorities and manage multiple task.
  • Good Planning and organisation skills
