Morgan Hunt are working with a Women's Charity on a temporary Reward Project Lead (Pay and Benefits) role starting ASAP. This role will be based remotely and is for 6 months initially, paying £400 per day to lead and implement a reward project. This position is for a wonderful charity who puts its values and ethics at the forefront of everything it does.
This role as a Reward Project Lead (Pay and Benefits) is to work as a member of the People and Culture team and successfully deliver a pay and benefits project, ensuring that you engage colleagues, senior leaders and consult as required. This is a remote working position - there will be occasional travel required to either the Bristol or London offices as they are meeting together as team once a month. This is because they currently have multiple projects running with multiple critical dependencies across them.
