Senior Business Change Communications and Engagement Lead - Regulatory body - London/Remote - Up to £60,000

Morgan Hunt are thrilled to be working with an impactful regulatory body who are looking for an exceptional Senior Business Change Communications and Engagement Lead to join their enthusiastic and collaborative team.

This role would suit an experience Communications and/or engagement lead with experience in change management. You will be managing the communications and engagement of the organisations Data and Digitalisation Strategic Change Programme, so previous data driven experience would be advantageous.

Your role as Senior Business Change Communications and Engagement Lead will include;

  • Take ownership of the programme's communications and engagement strategic plan and supporting tools, ensuring they deliver the most effective approach for driving change for the duration of the programme.
  • You will support a wide community of internal stakeholders in playing their part in delivering regular organisation-wide communications and employee engagement opportunities. This will include leading a team to generate high-quality and creative internal communication/engagement, and developing our infrastructure as needed.
  • Providing expert support to senior leaders and the Data and Digital Strategic Change Programme with their communication style, and on how to engage and build dialogue with staff and external stakeholders using multiple channels.
  • Empower your central communications colleagues to oversee written content for key channels such as the intranet, office-based digital screens, face-to-face events with senior leaders and internal speaking events - your in-depth, and up-to-date understanding of the strategic context will mean these are on point and require minimal senior direction.
