Senior Public Sector Client Manager - Charity - Up to £49,000

Morgan hunt are thrilled to be working with a fantastic Charity sector organisation who are looking for an experience Senior public sector client manager to join their brilliant team.

This role is offering hybrid / flexible working with the office based in London.

Your role as Senior Public Sector Client Manager will include;

• Lead activities to grow engagement with and income from digital products and services primarily focusing on public sector clients, mainly health bodies and local authorities, commissioners, and service providers.

• Manage the acquisition and retention of relevant public sector block contracts, and the roll out of contracted products and services.

• Manage public sector client relationships through active engagement with existing and prospective clients.

• Lead, manage and deliver a programme for obtaining new prospects to ensure the ongoing development, expansion, and retention of the public sector client base, primarily health bodies and local authorities.

• Ensure that the public sector client acquisition strategy is successful year on year and continues to be fit for purpose. Manage its effective communication to the organisation and to the team by setting clear targets and establishing robust monitoring processes.

• Lead prospects research activities in the public sector.

• Oversee the client/member joining process, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service to all new clients.
