Transformation Communications and Engagement Lead - Regulatory body - 9 Month FTC - London/Remote - Up to £46,000

Morgan Hunt are thrilled to be working with an impactful regulatory body who are looking for an Transformation Communications and Engagement Lead to join their enthusiastic and collaborative team.

This role would suit an experience Communications and/or engagement lead with experience in Transformation projects.

Your role as Transformation Communications and Engagement Lead will include;

• You will help develop the programme's communications and engagement strategic plan, and deliver the supporting tools, ensuring they deliver the most effective approach for driving change for the duration of the programme.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to deliver a regular organisation-wide communications and employee engagement opportunities. This will include generating high-quality and creative internal communication/engagement, and developing infrastructure as needed.

• Provide expert support to leaders and the wider transformation team with their communication style, and on how to engage and build dialogue with staff using multiple channels.

• Produce content for key channels such, office-based digital screens, face-to-face events with senior leaders and internal speaking events

• You will have an inclusive approach, ensuring a range of internal audiences are actively involved in shaping the way we work, and that we are clearly communicating upcoming changes and how these will affect different employee groups.
