Job description

Recruitment Co-ordinator North West London. Up to £15.50 per hour. Hybrid working.

Morgan hunt are working with an education establishment who are looking to appoint an Recruitment officer on a Temporary basis until December. This Recruitment co-ordinator role is offering 2 days in their office based in North west London and 3 working from home.

Key responsibilities for the Recruitment Co-ordinator:

  • Be the first point of contact for candidate queries about the recruitment process.
  • Ensuring a clear, efficient and effective recruitment process and candidate experience.
  • Assist the HR Assistants with the offer stage and on-boarding process as required.
  • Maintain the ATS (applicant tracking system) to ensure accurate records of the full recruitment campaign, communicating outcomes accordingly and providing reports as necessary.
  • Delivery of a professional and comprehensive end-to-end recruitment process across all roles.

Skills & experience required for the Recruitment Co-ordinator:

  • Experience of working in a HR/recruitment/payroll environment.
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office use (word, excel, access)
  • Excellent understanding of employment law, HR processes and systems.
  • Proven ability to work on own initiative and prioritise effectively, achieving results against deadlines.
  • Experience within the education sector is highly desirable.
