Resourcing Co-ordinator. £26,000. 12-month FTC. London.

Morgan Hunt are working with one of Britain's largest housing association who are looking to appoint a Resourcing Co-ordinator on a 12-month FTC offering hybrid working with 2-3 days in the office.

Job Purpose:

To prioritise, plan and co-ordinate the designated workload in order to ensure completion to agreed time-frames and specified quality standards along with providing exceptional customer service experience to all candidates and stakeholders ensuring the on-boarding process is smooth and efficiently carried out.

Key responsibilities for Resourcing Co-ordinator:

  • To manage and support the HR team with general administrative duties such as: arrange interviews as requested on the recruitment system.
  • To take a lead on the references and DBS process, ensuring the organisation have all relevant checks in place for new starters in time for their start date.
  • Chasing references and DBS checks where necessary prior to joining.
  • Be the first and single point of contact for new starters records ensuring accurate file management and document storage of new starter documents.
  • Provide regular updates to the wider HR Team and managers on offers and on-boarding checks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders in order to support new starters.

Skills and Experience Required for Resourcing Co-ordinator:

  • Ability to work independently, exercising good initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to deliver excellent customer care and valuing diversity.
  • proven strong attention to detail, with the ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously.
  • Profound knowledge of Microsoft packages and HR Systems.
  • HR or Recruitment administration experience in a fast-paced HR team.
