Morgan Hunt are currently working with one of the UK's most established Health Regulatory Bodies in their search for a Senior Information Governance Analyst to provide advice across the organisation, ensure compliance with information rights legislation, and ensure development of frameworks, policies and procedures.
You will lead and coordinate the handling of a range of requests (including FOIs and SARs), conduct DPIAs, while providing advice across the organisation relating to information governance (including the procurement function). You will deputise for the DPO and Governance & Assurance Manager, including line management responsibilities.
You will undertake complex information governance analysis and advisory work covering data protection and privacy, records management, information security, and transparency - including developing frameworks, policies and procedures, developing and providing training, managing breaches and reporting on compliance and performance.
This role would be ideal for someone with experience in Information Governance and Data Protection across the healthcare and public sectors. You will have the ability to manage a range of requests and breaches, while developing policies, procedures and frameworks relating to information governance.
You will have strong analysis, communication and organisational skills with the ability to advise across an organisation and report on compliance and performance. You will have experience assessing information governance risks and conducting DPIAs.

Salary: £38,000 - £44,000
Job Type: FTC contract (9 - 12 months)
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)
