Join our dynamic team as a Domestic Violence Team Manager and make a meaningful impact on the lives of women and children facing abuse in London.

We are a specialist woman's organisation dedicated to providing independent and tailored support services to marginalised women and children. With 39 years of experience, we offer a holistic approach to address their needs.

As the Domestic Violence Team Manager, you will oversee daily operations, working closely with the Contracts Manager and Operations & Development Manager. Your role includes ensuring project outcomes and targets are met, supporting staff, and reviewing performance.

Lead our domestic abuse outreach and advocacy services, helping women recognise abuse, minimise risks through safety planning, and boost their self-esteem. You will also manage advice and information services on welfare benefits, homelessness, debt, and immigration.
