Are you a 2/3rd line IT Support Analyst or Senior Engineer, looking for a new exciting, flexible role, at a leading, vibrant Professional Services Company in London?

The purpose of the role is to be an integral part of a small IT Team.

This professional Services Company are looking for a hands-on 2nd/3rd line, IT Support Analyst to be responsible for managing the outsourced Service Desk, offering 2nd line and 3rd line support.

You will assist the Head of IT with delivery of IT Projects.

You will come from a commercial background, having experience of working within the Recruitment Industry and have a good background in service delivery, applications and telecoms.

The Role -

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line desktop support.
  • Support Citrix environment, for application delivery, printing and troubleshooting sessions.
  • Ensure the successful resolution and fulfilment of requests relevant to 1st and 2nd tier applications and hardware, audio-visual equipment, desktop operating systems, mobile devices and printers.
  • Maintenance of IT Equipment.
  • Be the Technical Lead for infrastructure projects.
  • Promote an ethos of continuous service improvement using ITIL framework, produce regular reports to Head of IT for service desk statistics.
  • Assist with delivery of planned IT projects, new telephony, Varonis (management and retention of unstructured data), Tessian, Corporate Mobile Devices, BCP Testing.
  • Establish excellent business relationships internally and specifically externally with a high focus on good customer service.

To be successful as a 2/3rd line IT Support Analyst you will-

  • Have a Commercial/Recruitment sector background
  • Have good experience with Citrix
  • Have excellent experience using CRM- Dynamics 365 and Office 365.
  • Have a solid technical background with hands on experience of IT systems, Networks, Communications, Hardware and Software solutions.
  • Have excellent inter-personal, teamwork and communication skills. You need to be a personable and confident person.
  • Have outstanding facilitation and negotiating skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Be professional, forward thinking, enthusiastic and results driven.
  • Have the ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload accordingly.
