Job description

Are you a Data Analyst, looking for a new exciting, flexible role, to be part of delivering lasting, meaningful designs that bring value and joy to clients and users?

Very Flexible, Hybrid working.

The purpose of the role is to provide guidance and support to project teams and departments on the use of core the company's systems.

You will be responsible for training the company's employees to elevate their knowledge, understanding, acceptance and use of the company's Systems.

You will be documenting, reviewing and reporting company processes and assessing key areas for improvement. You will be Passionate for the analytical world.

As a Data Analyst, part of your responsibilities include -

Supporting, maintaining and developing the company's-

-ERP System

-Timesheets, Expenses, Project Accounting, Reporting.

-Intranet, Quality Management, Practice Management, Policies & Processes, User Engagement.

-Project Management System, Email Archiving, Document Control, Document Transfer, Project Life cycle.

-Finance System and the Reporting.

  • You will Provide efficient Business Systems knowledge to staff and respond to user issues.
  • You will become a power user of core systems.
  • You will provide training/coaching on relevant systems when required.

What you need to be a successful Data Analyst:

  • Power BI experience
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • At least 1-year experience as Data Analyst in a Corporate environment (mid-sized organization), ideally within Finance/ Law or from the Architecture Industry
  • Timesheet experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • IT Degree / Degree
  • CRM/ ERP Software experience
  • Financial system background is desired
  • Strong computer skills, including exposure to Windows desktop Operating Systems and Office
