Job description

Are you a Data Analyst looking for a new exciting, flexible role, at a leading Housing Association?

As part of their Business Support Team, you will have a central role in driving the organisation's transformation programme through business insight and intelligence. The purpose of the role to lead on data analysis and reporting, improving the organisation's data integrity and creating opportunities through explorative data analysis.

You will have a chance to work on major projects including a major CRM project- you will be working to build that up. You will be part of an excellent team culture at their modern offices.

Up to £40,000.00 (Excellent Benefits package)

6-12 month Fixed Term Contract

London - Hybrid working

  • Lead on providing detailed insight and intelligence reports to inform key strategic and operational decisions across the business, services and projects
  • Responsible for developing and disseminating ongoing insight and performance reports for Board, management and departments across the business
  • Support the delivery of projects and improvements using data analysis
  • Support relevant departments in dealing with and providing regulatory data returns
  • Explore and experiment data trends to capture business opportunities, innovation and transformation
  • Research on wider opportunities with open source data, predictive analytics, AI and Machine Learning
  • Identify, improve and manage projects to improve data integrity and accuracy

To be successful as a Data Analyst, you will-

  • Have a lot of Data Analysis experience
  • Have good experience with SQL and Power BI
  • Have good analytical skills
  • Have experience creating management reports, trends and analysis
  • Have experience in applying legislation, regulatory guidance, policies and procedures
  • Have experience in delivering excellent services in a highly pressurised environment
  • Be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
