Are you a looking for a new exciting Data Analytics Manager role which is very flexible role, at an international law firm?


The purpose of the role is to lead and to help drive this law firm's future reporting and analytics strategy. You will be joining a vibrant and supportive working environment with no silos.


You will have a strong and diverse technical background including knowledge of data modelling, report design and front-end technologies. You will have one direct report and they expect that the team will continue to grow as the company's strategy evolves. This is actually a hand-on, as well as leadership role. The work will be varied with a good split between projects and business as usual (BAU. You will bring excellent technical skills alongside a customer-service driven approach.


Here, you will be moving away from just reports and showing the business trends, the type of interventions that can be put in place etc. This is a very Profile- high profile role where you will interact with different people. You will be actively involved in working to define business requirements and lead the execution of solutions across a range of technologies including T-SQL, Power BI, SSRS.


Up to £110K, (Excellent Benefits package including 9% pension contribution)

Very Flexible role (Can opt for fully remote or hybrid)


Role responsibilities-


  • Advising on the future roadmap to help the firm create analytics and reportig capabilities to facilitate the conversion of data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions.
  • Leading the design and development of data models using T-SQL, Stored Procedures and functions.
  • Leading and supervising the design and development of reports and dashboards using SSRS, Power BI, Excel and other reporting technologies.
  • Work collaboratively with our IT leadership team to help them govern their data assets, ensure robust integrity of data, contribute to the improvement of data collection processes and minimise duplication.
  • Collaborating with business analysts and internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and implement processes to support the design and execution of reporting solutions.


To be successful as a Data Analytics Manager, you will-


  • Have experience leading BI / Reporting teams within a professional services environment.
  • Have very strong experience with Microsoft Stack; SQL - including SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services 2016 & 2019) required, SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
  • Need to be Professionally certified (Microsoft stack)
  • Have strong experience with Power BI
  • Be competent to work across systems that you have not worked on before such as Enterprise systems.
  • Have the Data Science background.
  • Have good experience leading teams.
