Are you a Database/Dashboard Administrator, looking for a very flexible role, at a reputable non-departmental public body?

£39,400- and £52,290 per annum dependent on skills and experience, (inc Civil Service Pension Scheme)

Permanent

Remote/ Hybrid (requirement to be at HQ in once every 3 weeks to a month).

The purpose of the role is to let savers see all of their pension schemes in one place and support them to plan for their retirement.

You will be joining this public body's industry engagement team to support industry in making the changes needed to enable dashboards to work. You will be part of a team delivering industry engagement, driving awareness in their regulated community industry, to maximise compliance with duties.

As part of the team delivering industry engagement, as Database/Dashboard Administrator, you will -

• Work with external delivery partners to ensure engagement is synchronized and efficient.
• Work with internal/external parties to identify risks & opportunities for change, adapting and refining The Public Body's approach, in order to support their audiences.
• Build, develop and uphold effective relationships with schemes, administrators, admin software providers, organisations and so forth, across the pensions industry. This is to understand & influence the approach they are taking, to deliver dashboards compliance, identify systemic issues facing the industry.

What you need to be a successful Database/Dashboard Administrator:

• Strong experience as an Administrator, with 3rd party experience.
• Experience working within the Pensions/ Financial Services/ Asset Management/ Investment Industry.
• You will understand Pensions in depth.
• Demonstrable experience of delivering complex stakeholder engagement to drive behavioural change.
• B2B communications experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Data management experience (Knowledge of Dynamics 365)
